This week’s mantra is: “What else you got?”
It’s a simple question, but it’s my secret weapon against stress.
I realize that when I’m overwhelmed, I have two choices: feel like I’m being punished by the universe, or smile and ask, “What else you got?”
We’re always in control of our reactions. It’s about pausing, realizing we get to choose how we meet any situation, and then making the productive choice.
Lately, with a newborn, a dog, and a sleep-deprived household, it’s felt like chaos. There have been moments I felt crushed.
But then I remember the gym. When my trainer increases the intensity, my response isn't despair—it’s: Amazing. What else you got?
That same attitude applies anywhere. At home, at work, or whenever life piles on. You have the strength in you. You have the ability to show up, and in a big way.
Make the strong choice. Ask the world: “What else you got?” and move forward. You'll be unstoppable.
